Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to recruit Waking Night Support Workers in Tunbridge Wells. This supported living service provides care and support to adults with a range of physical, mental health, and behavioural support needs. We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in people's lives while supporting individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have a genuine passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Be confident supporting individuals with behaviours that may challenge.
  • Promote independence and person-centred care.
  • Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Be reliable, compassionate, and able to work effectively as part of a smaller night team.

Hours:

  • Full-time positions available.
  • Waking night shifts operating approximately 10:00pm – 7:30am, Monday to Sunday.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as required.
