Daytime Healthcare are working with a great modern Children’s Residential Home who are seeking a Registered Manager to join them. You must be an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to be considered. The modern EBD Home has 3 beds for 2 children and is already registered with a good Ofsted rating. There is an excellent working environment and great package on offer!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that Ofsted standards are being met
  • Management of the home's budget and expenditure
  • Responsible for Safeguarding and Child protection
  • Develop quality assurance systems
  • Deliver effective leadership to the staff team, that promotes a positive culture of open practice
  • Ensuring the staff rota is effective

What we're looking for:

  • It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience of being a Registered Manager
  • Experience of working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • You will demonstrate a sound understanding of Ofsted requirements
  • At least 2 years management experience in a children's residential setting, within the last 5 years
  • QCF level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management for Social care (Children and Young People) or willingness to complete this within the first year of employment
