Daytime Healthcare are working with a great modern Children’s Residential Home who are seeking a Registered Manager to join them. You must be an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to be considered. The modern EBD Home has 3 Beds for 2 Children. The home is already registered with a good Ofsted rating. There is an excellent working environment and great package on offer!
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Ofsted standards are being met
- Management of the home's budget and expenditure
- Responsible for Safeguarding and Child protection
- Develop quality assurance systems
- Deliver effective leadership to the staff team, that promotes a positive culture of open practice
- Ensuring the staff rota is effective
What we're looking for:
- It is ESSENTIAL that you have experience of being a Registered Manager
- Experience of working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- You'll demonstrate a sound understanding of Ofsted requirements
- At least 2 years management experience in a children's residential setting, within the last 5 years.
- QCF level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management for Social care (Children and Young People) or willingness to complete this within the 1st year of employment
