Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national care provider to recruit Support Workers in Birchington, Kent. This supported living service provides care for three adult brothers with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours. The role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, personal care, community engagement, social activities, financial management, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
Our ideal Support Worker:
- Has a genuine passion for supporting people with learning disabilities and autism.
- Is proactive, patient, and able to respond effectively to changing situations.
- Promotes independence and person-centred care.
- Supports individuals to access their local community and maintain relationships.
- Is committed to delivering high-quality care and support.
Hours: This role requires you to be flexible and be able to work shifts required:
- Full-time.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
