Location: Hybrid – London/South East preferred (with travel to NHS sites as needed) Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 + performance bonus Type: Full-Time, Permanent Structured progression plan to £52k+ for high performers within 12–18 months About the Role MedSurg Elective is on a mission to transform how the NHS tackles elective recovery. We deliver consultant-led clinical insourcing services to help reduce waiting times across high-demand specialties such as general surgery, endoscopy, ENT, ophthalmology, and urology. As we grow, we’re looking for an ambitious and highly organised Recruitment & Service Delivery Manager to lead the charge on workforce mobilisation and end-to-end operational delivery. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring we deliver high-quality care with a compliant, flexible workforce while keeping NHS stakeholders informed and supported at every step. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on logistics, coordination, relationship-building, and making sure things happen on time and to the highest standards.
