Daytime Homecare are seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers / Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals in their own homes. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the individual to engage in meaningful and varied activities to promote wellbeing and prevent boredom.
  • Provide full assistance with daily living tasks and safe positioning.
  • Deliver personal care with dignity, compassion, and respect.
  • Support safe transfers, correct posture, and safe feeding practices.
  • Monitor wellbeing and communicate effectively with family members and the wider care team.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months’ experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support.
