We’re seeking a senior leader to oversee the launch and governance of multiple new children’s homes across a growing care consortium. This unique role offers the chance to shape first-home openings under different brands, act as Responsible Individual (RI) during key phases, and influence the development of a high-performing, trauma-informed residential care network. What You’ll Do: * Lead the registration, setup, and operational launch of new children’s homes * Act as RI where needed (interim or formal) * Support and coach Registered Managers across multiple services * Drive compliance, safeguarding, and care quality across all homes * Contribute to strategic planning and scalable service growth What We’re Looking For: * Senior experience in residential childcare (multi-site or RI preferred) * Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare * Proven success with Ofsted registrations and inspections * Strategic thinker with operational rigour and strong safeguarding ethos What’s on Offer: * £65,000 – £75,000 salary * Bonus linked to registrations and performance * Private healthcare (post-probation) * Car allowance or mileage * Progression into a cross-brand executive role Be part of something from the ground up.
