Overview
We are looking for a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant to build and scale our permanent desk across Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Professionals. This is a fully end‑to‑end role with responsibility for both business development and candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing exclusive or retained roles.
- Source, assess, and place high‑quality candidates into permanent positions across both NHS and private sector clients.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to offer negotiation and placement completion.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline and maintain consistent activity levels to ensure a steady flow of placements.
- Contribute to market intelligence, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities that can shape the wider business strategy.
