Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Reporting to: Operations Director

Salary: Negotiable + performance incentives (monthly override and quarterly growth bonuses)

Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing all bookings, placements, and revenue capture across temporary and permanent recruitment. It is a commercial and operational role focused on ensuring every shift, placement, and booking is accurately recorded, fulfilled, and billed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of all live bookings and placements across the business, ensuring full visibility of activity and revenue.
  • Manage booking pipelines, confirm placements, and ensure all activity is captured correctly for invoicing.
  • Work closely with recruiters and account managers to ensure bookings are filled efficiently, rates are applied correctly, and margins are protected.
  • Track performance across desks, identifying gaps in fill rates, missed bookings, or underperforming accounts.
  • Tighten processes around bookings and placements to eliminate revenue leakage and improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as the central coordination point between sales, recruitment, and finance, ensuring a smooth flow from booking through to invoice.
