Daytime Healthcare are working with a great modern Children’s Residential Home who are seeking a Registered Manager to join them. You must be an experienced Children’s Registered Manager to be considered. The modern EBD Home has 3 beds for 2 children and is already registered with a good Ofsted rating.

As a Registered Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring that Ofsted standards are being met
  • Responsible for safeguarding and child protection
  • Developing quality assurance systems
  • Ensuring the staff rota is effective

It is essential that you have experience of being a Registered Manager and experience of working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You’ll demonstrate a sound understanding of Ofsted requirements and have at least 2 years management experience in a children’s residential setting, within the last 5 years. A QCF level 5 or equivalent in Leadership and Management for Social Care (Children and Young People) is required, or a willingness to complete this within the first year of employment.
