The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 Β£ per hour.

Time: 1pm - 5pm

Location: CM11 (Chelmsford)

Our client is seeking experienced, compassionate, and reliable Support Workers / Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a young person diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD and profound learning disability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support to engage in meaningful, varied activities and prevent boredom.
  • Full assistance with daily living tasks and safe positioning.
  • Support with personal care, outreach support, and daily living tasks, as required, ensuring dignity and respect.
  • Skilled support to ensure safe transfers, correct posture, and safe feeding.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker, Carer, or Healthcare Assistant.
  • Carer must drive.
  • Experience supporting individuals with ASD, ADHD and learning disability.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
  • Excellent observation and communication skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
