Daytime Healthcare are recruiting on behalf of the UK’s #1 Rated Plastic Surgery Group, who are seeking a Sales Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. As a key member of the fast-paced Sales & Marketing Department, you’ll work directly with the Sales Director to drive patient conversions, lead a high-performing team of 5 Patient Coordinators, and deliver strong monthly revenue across a portfolio of surgical treatments. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven, high-volume environment, and wants to help scale one of the UK’s most talked-about surgical brands.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing the internal sales team (Patient Coordinators)
- Driving conversion rates across the entire surgical enquiry pipeline
- Coaching, motivating, and holding the team to account against clear KPIs
- Monitoring lead handling, consult bookings, and procedure uptake
- Collaborating with marketing on campaign performance and lead quality
- Overseeing CRM performance, pipeline health, and follow-up systems
- Reporting on sales metrics daily, weekly, and monthly to the Sales Director
- Identifying pipeline gaps, improving scripts, and optimising every step of the patient journey
Who we’re looking for:
- A proven Sales Manager with a strong track record in delivering revenue
- A confident, strategic operator who knows how to lead from the front
- Experience in healthcare, elective surgery, private clinics, or high-ticket services is a major plus
- Strong communicator with an obsession for conversions
The starting salary is up to £40k and there is excellent monthly commission on offer for this position (£60k+ OTE). Location: Central Birmingham (Monday to Friday, full-time – office-based)
