We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Surgical Nurse to join a leading private hospital near Kingston Upon Thames in their Surgical Ward Department. You will be working with highly skilled consultants offering many treatment and services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the nursing care of patients, ensuring appropriate use of resources and safety of patients.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well under pressure.
- Develop clinical practice and professional competence, committing to personal and professional development.
Ideal Candidate
- RGN/NMC Pin (no restrictions on practice)
- 12 months recent post-registration surgical nursing experience / Newly qualified nurses may be considered
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of care and service to our patients.
- Teaching and mentoring skills
- Basic computer skills.
