Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth across both recruitment (temp and perm) and social care services. This role is focused on winning new business and expanding existing client relationships across NHS, local authorities, and private providers.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead on business development activity, identifying and securing new clients across healthcare and social care. This includes engaging with NHS trusts, private hospitals, ICBs, and local authorities.
- You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with existing frameworks while also opening up off-framework opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful mobilisation and delivery once contracts are secured.
- You will also manage key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, repeat business, and contract growth. A key part of your role will be positioning Daytime Healthcare as a reliable, responsive, and high-quality provider.
What We’re Looking For
You have a strong background in healthcare or social care sales, with a proven ability to win and grow accounts. You understand frameworks, procurement routes, and the challenges clients face. You are commercially driven and able to translate relationships into revenue.
