Beauty Laser Therapist / Luxury International Laser Clinic Group in London

Daytime Healthcare are working with a Luxury International Laser & Facial Skin Clinic in London who are looking for a Beauty Laser Therapist to join their friendly team! With this role, although you will have a base location in one of our clinics in London, you will also be required to travel to the other clinics too such as our Hammersmith, Central, and Chelsea locations. Role & Responsibilities: * Educating and advising clients on our laser facial treatments and skincare product regimen, turning education/advice into sales to maximize company revenue, helping to achieve daily sales targets and providing customers with excellent customer care. * Create a warm and inviting environment where our customers feel safe, appreciated, and understood. * To liaise in a positive and constructive manner with the reception team on the days scheduled treatments, any changes, additions etc. in order to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers. Flexibility and cooperation are required. * To promote high standards of care and customer service with the ability to deliver quality customer services in a very fast paced environment. Ideal Candidate: * Knowledge of appointment and/or clinic booking system (Zenoti) is a bonus * Relevant experience in the beauty/skin care industry * Must have a friendly, energetic & engaging personality yet calming presence * Must be confident & comfortable working with the public * Computer literate * Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and a team player * Have a passion for skincare * Excellent level of spoken and written English Qualifications: * NVQ Level 4 qualification (laser) * Minimum of 1 year experience performing laser treatments Hours: 37.5 hours per week Schedule: 4 long days (including some weekends), per week.
