We’re looking for a UK‑based, driven, relationship‑focused Account Manager (Expansion Representative) to join our international Sales team. In this role, you’ll partner directly with our existing customer base to uncover opportunities, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue through upsells, expansions, and add‑on sales. This is a quota‑carrying role, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands the value of long‑term partnerships, and is motivated by hitting and exceeding targets on a consistent basis.
What You’ll Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers
- Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across our product suite
- Educate customers on product features, add‑ons, and solutions that support their business goals
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Support, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting within our CRM
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience grounded in trust, value, and expertise
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a sales, account management, or expansion/upsell role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to uncover customer needs
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and follow‑through
- Highly organized with strong pipeline management habits
- Experience in the fitness industry is a strong bonus
- Familiarity with TeamUp is a major plus
Salary
The salary for this role is £35,000 with a variable pay plan worth an additional £25,000, equating to an on‑target earnings of £60,000 per year.

How You Will Work
This will be a UK based position. Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices. We maintain a highly collaborative culture and expect all employees to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and team interactions. This includes joining scheduled video calls with cameras on, contributing to conversations, and being fully present. We believe that strong communication and visual connection are essential to maintaining alignment, accountability, and trust across our teams.
