We're looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to support our next stage of growth, driving our brand strategy forward by generating awareness, trial and brand love. This is an exciting opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, playing a pivotal role in expanding our reach and connecting with consumers.
What you’ll do:
- Strategy
- Work closely with our Fractional Head of Marketing and Founders to develop a robust and creative brand marketing strategy that grows awareness, trial and frequency across all channels.
- Own the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with key business priorities and collaborating with the wider team to plan, create and execute campaigns.
- Lead on the execution of the brand marketing strategy across all marketing channels from social media to activations.
- Work with our Customer Marketing Manager and sales team to develop and implement creative strategies to bring the brand to life in our on and off trade channels.
- Track performance and campaign effectiveness – using data to evaluate impact, identify opportunities and inform future planning.
- Social Media & Partnerships
- Lead our approach to social media – shaping strategy and planning, creating and executing content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Build a community of beer lovers and advocates, managing our relationships with influencers and creators.
- Devise and execute a calendar of brand partnerships across all channels, to generate reach and get Days in front of like-minded consumers.
- Brand
- Act as a brand guardian across all touchpoints – from packaging to social, digital and customer marketing – ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Manage brand positioning, identity and communications across all consumer channels and activities to ensure it is brought to life consistently and in line with brand guidelines.
- Own the briefing process with our freelance designer, ensuring the best possible output.
Who you are:
- A creative and strategic marketer with 3-5 years experience in Brand Management, Content Creation, Social Media Management or a related marketing role for an FMCG food or drinks brand, who is looking to take the next step in their career.
- A versatile generalist marketer who combines a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Motivated and entrepreneurial with a strong sense of accountability.
- An eye for visuals and keen attention to detail.
- Proven copywriting and storytelling ability with attention to TOV and brand positioning.
- Social media aptitude including video editing.
- Obsessed with brands and marketing and engaged in cultural trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work flexibly to ensure deadlines are met.
