It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience within the vehicle maintenance industry from a customer service perspective, to include an understanding of statutory compliance for vehicles more than 3,500 kg. Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both face-to-face, written, and via the telephone. The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Be computer literate; knowledge of Kerridge and 1link systems will be an advantage. Be eligible to work in the UK.
Report to the Vehicle Maintenance Manager, working as part of a valued team. Dealing with customer maintenance enquiries, breakdowns, franchised dealerships, and independent repairers. As part of a busy maintenance team, your focus will be on delivering first-class service in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
