Are you the right person for the job? It is desirable that the successful candidate has previous vehicle administration and call centre experience, though applications from those with skills in a customer service or administrative role will be considered. Applicants will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, via the telephone. Candidates must have the ability to interpret customer requirements and guide them to the most appropriate vehicle rental solution. The candidate must have the ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Be computer literate. Be eligible to work in the UK.

What will your role look like? Report to the Central Reservations and VMS Manager. Support our customers fleet service requirements. Serve customer rental enquiries.
