A new and exciting position has become available for a full time role to join a friendly team at our Swansea Headquarters. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Central Reservations and VMS Manager
  • Support our customers' fleet service requirements
  • Serve customer rental enquiries

Qualifications:

  • Previous vehicle administration and call centre experience is desirable; however, applications from those with skills in customer service or administrative roles will also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal over the telephone.
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and guide them to the most appropriate vehicle rental solution.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
