We have an excellent opportunity available for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our used vehicle sales team at our Motorpark operation in Plasmarl, Swansea. This is a busy, high performing site and as such we are looking for a motivated, driven individual to join the team. You would be expected to work an average of 41hrs per week (on a rota basis that includes weekends) and in return would receive a basic salary, commission package (with staged increases based on experience) and use of a company car upon successful completion of your probationary period.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a liaison between our valued customers and the business
- Confirming sales terms and agreements, and finalising transactions with customers
- Providing customers with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations
- Addressing customer enquiries and addressing their concerns to facilitate the purchasing decision
About you:
- The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the sales process, preferably in a retail environment
- Be capable of engaging with customers confidently and professionally, whether through email, telephone, virtual appointments, or in the showroom
- Possess excellent negotiation skills to successfully close sales deals to regularly achieve or surpass sales targets
- Preferably, have experience of working within a customer facing environment
- Be organised and demonstrate attention to detail
- Be computer literate
- Be able to work on one's own initiative as well as being an effective team player
- Possess a valid full driving licence
