What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll begin by learning the business from the ground up, ensuring our vehicles are prepared to the highest possible standard before they reach our customers.
• Initially, your responsibilities will include:
• Valeting and preparing vehicles for sale including polishing and minor paint detailing
• Ensuring every vehicle meets our presentation standards
• Assisting with vehicle movements and deliveries locally and nationwide where required
• Maintaining the forecourt and display areas
• As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities. You’ll begin to:
• Photograph newly arrived vehicles
• Prepare vehicle forecourt advertisements and pricing
• Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership
• Handle customer enquiries whenever the sales team are occupied
• Support the Sales Manager with forecourt and showroom displays
• With continued training, commitment and proven performance, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a fully customer facing sales role.

What we’re looking for:

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK
• All applicants must hold a full UK driving license
• A clean driving licence is preferred however minor points will be considered
• Can work well in a team but also use their initiative when required
• A good working knowledge of the local and surrounding area
• Good face to face communication skills
• Committed team player and a drive to succeed
• No previous experience is required, just a desire to learn and grow.
