The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer (Mobile Web UI/UX) to help shape how DAYMADE looks, feels, and works - across our mobile-first website (no apps) and CRM experiences. Around 95% of our traffic is mobile, so this role demands deep expertise in mobile-first design thinking - understanding how users browse, play, and purchase seamlessly on small screens. You’ll own the design system, refine user journeys end-to-end, and translate new ideas into beautiful, high-performing MVPs within weeks. This is not a managerial role: it’s a hands-on and execution focused role for a designer who combines creative instinct with sharp UX judgement and strong visual craft. You’ll lead design sprints from concept to final design in Figma, run user testing, and use data to guide decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and growth teams, while working together with our current designer to raise the standard and consistency of everything we ship.
What You’ll Do:
- Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process - from brief and concept to final UI in Figma
- Lead design sprints that turn product requirements into tested, production-ready designs
- Design with a mobile-first mindset, creating experiences that are clear, engaging, and built for conversion
- Evolve and maintain a cohesive design system that keeps our product and marketing consistent
- Turn ideas into high-quality MVPs fast - shipping in weeks, not months
- Use data, analytics, and user feedback to guide and prioritise design decisions
- Run user testing to validate concepts and continuously improve usability and performance
- Identify and deliver UX and CRO improvements that make DAYMADE more intuitive and effective
- Ensure every design is beautiful, cohesive, and best-in-class
What You’ll Bring:
- 7 - 10 + years of experience designing and shipping digital products with polished Mobile Web UI, intuitive user flows, and conversion-focused interaction design for B2C brands (subscription, e-commerce, or lifestyle)
- Deep expertise in mobile-first web design, with a sharp eye for clean, modern, best-in-class UI
- Strong UX sensibility – you understand how to guide users through a journey that feels effortless and converts naturally
- Proven ability to own product design sprints: taking a brief or product requirement, turning it into prototypes and MVPs, and iterating fast based on results
- Comfortable running user testing and using data or behavioural insights to improve conversion and experience
- Highly skilled in Figma and component-based design systems, with the ability to move quickly from idea to polished final design
- Confident leading projects, managing feedback loops, and clearly communicating design decisions across teams
- A portfolio that shows exceptional mobile design work — demonstrating creative polish, intuitive UX, and measurable impact
