About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Front of House Supervisor at The Three Horseshoes, Asthall. As a supervisor, you will lead service standards and support wider business objectives, reporting to the General Manager and working alongside operational teams.
You will manage a small team; previous leadership experience is advantageous. You should be a natural leader, sharing your F&B experience and knowledge. You will also act as an ambassador for The Bamford Collection, which includes Daylesford Organic, Daylesford Stays, and Bamford.
Salary & Hours
Salary: Β£13.25 per Hour + tronc
Hours: Part Time β 30 Hours
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to guests and residents.
- Ensure the restaurant, pub, and garden are prepared daily, maintaining standards and delegating tasks.
- Drive sales by making recommendations and increasing average spend per head.
- Maintain full menu knowledge, including allergens, and provide detailed descriptions and recommendations.
- Lead and motivate the front of house team for seamless service.
- Manage restaurant operations effectively, maximizing table turnover.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams on food and beverage development.
- Plan staffing needs, prepare schedules, and manage holiday cover.
- Ensure accurate transactions, including floats, banking, and cash reconciliation.
- Address health & safety matters proactively.
- Deliver the \βREAL The Horseshoes experience\β and promote social and environmental responsibility aligned with our sustainability vision.
