About The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Manager to support in leading and inspiring a large team of housekeepers to deliver exceptional cleaning and presentation standards across our unique portfolio of luxury accommodation including 13 hotel bedrooms and 35 luxury cottages.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing a team of 40 housekeeping staff across multiple sites, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain and enforce exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company and industry expectations.
  • Lead daily team briefings to communicate priorities, updates, and performance goals.
  • Strategically plan and delegate daily workloads across multiple housekeeping groups to optimise productivity.
  • Manage daily allocation of vehicles and inventory, ensuring resources are distributed effectively and responsibly.
  • Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programmes for new team members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Demonstrate hands-on leadership by actively participating in operations and setting a high standard through example.
