Breakfast at The Wild Rabbit is the first impression of our dining experience each day. It is where our guests begin their morning in a calm and welcoming setting, enjoying seasonal dishes and warm service that reflects the same fine-dining standards as the rest of our restaurant.
Your Responsibilities:- Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service throughout breakfast.
- Welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes and beverages with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the Breakfast Supervisor to ensure the flow of service runs smoothly.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining room.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure accurate timing and delivery of dishes.
- Have full knowledge of the breakfast menu, including ingredients and allergens.
- Prepare the restaurant for service, including table setup, restocking, and ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
- Uphold personal presentation standards in line with our brand and service style.
- Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism and genuine care.
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality is highly desirable.
- A warm, professional approach with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to interact with guests.
