About The Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll lead by example on the floor, champion exceptional service standards, and support the General Manager and wider Operations teams in running smooth, memorable shifts. If you thrive in fast‑paced, guest‑focused environments and love creating experiences that people want to return to, you’ll fit in beautifully.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a warm, polished host, creating an atmosphere that feels welcoming, generous, and effortless.
- Ensure the pub, restaurant, and garden are beautifully presented throughout the day, always service‑ready.
- Lead and motivate the Front of House team, ensuring seamless service across all touchpoints.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of our menus, food, wine, cocktails, and all things Daylesford, confidently offering recommendations and accurate allergen guidance.
- Oversee daily shift management, ensuring smooth operations from open to close.
- Maximise sales opportunities through smart table management, team coaching, and guest‑first thinking.
- Work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to continually evolve our food and beverage offering.
- Support, guide, and inspire our FOH team, previous leadership experience is a plus.
- Prepare and manage staff rotas to ensure balanced coverage, fairness, and efficiency.
