About the Role
As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Bartender to join us and help elevate our drinks offering. You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails – made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike. Responsibilities
- Crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to local ales and seasonal specials.

- Creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.

The on‑target earning potential for this role is £33,469.20 per annum based on a 45‑hour contract – comprising a base salary of £28,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge.
Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
About Gratuities & Service Charge
Gratuities are paid on a pro‑rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026, our full‑time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,500 in addition to their annual salary.
