Warehouse Operative – Daylesford Organic

Location: Daylesford Farm, Gloucestershire.
Salary: £26,650 per annum.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the safe collection and dispatch of production stock to our third‑party warehouse, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage the onward delivery of stock from our third‑party warehouse to various locations around the farm site – including our stores, production units, and kitchens.
• Maintain clear communication with all departments to resolve delivery or stock issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the warehouse and surrounding areas remain clean, organised, and safe, including the collection and storage of empty crates and pallets.
• Keep all warehouse vehicles clean, fuelled, and in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.

Skills & Experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent planning, organisation, and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Previous customer service or logistics experience is advantageous.
