About The Role

We are seeking engaging Full-Time Team Members to join our Restaurant team. If you are fun, enthusiastic and you thrive in a fast-paced, feel-good environment we would love to hear from you. Ideally, you’ll have experience in a restaurant or café setting and bring a naturally warm, welcoming personality.

Skills And Requirements

  • Previous experience in a café or restaurant environment.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Confident handling payments and operating tills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • High standards of personal presentation and hygiene
  • Knowledge or interest in organic, sustainable, or farm-to-table food
  • Food hygiene certificate (Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Experience assisting with stock control or inventory management

About Gratuities & Service Charge

Gratuities are paid on a pro-rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,160 in addition to their annual salary. The base salary is £26,811 plus a qualified estimate of £4,160 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
