About The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Back of House Retail Team Member to join our fantastic Farm Shop team. In this vital role, you’ll help keep our shop running smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes. From managing and organising stock to supporting the shop floor, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a friendly, fast-paced team, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack stock accurately, ensuring items are placed in the correct warehouse locations
- Rotate stock regularly to maintain compliance with food safety protocols
- Merchandise products in the farm shop according to visual standards, ensuring displays are tidy and appealing
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment throughout the warehouse and shop
- Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
- Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
Skills and Requirements
- Ensure accurate stock handling, placement, and rotation in line with safety protocols

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
