Daylesford Organic in Pimlico is seeking a Retail Team Leader to inspire the shop floor and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the team with hands-on guidance, share product knowledge and champion the brand values of sustainability and seasonal produce.
This full-time role is 40 hours per week. You’ll support day-to-day store operations, training, stock control and customer queries, while helping the team meet sales targets and uphold Daylesford’s organic ethos.
