About The Role

Our Patisserie Production Assistant plays a vital role in bringing our beautifully crafted products to life. Based in our dedicated Patisserie production kitchen, you will be responsible for the careful packaging of our in-house creations, including our signature Crackers, Nuts, Beans, and seasonal specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, execute and package all products as per company specifications
  • Carry out all food packaging in a timely and professional manner
  • Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
  • Ensure that all packaging items are well organised, in full supply and ready for each day's production plan
  • Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
  • Aid the Patisserie management team in meeting the required 98% fulfilment rate
  • Contribute to the award‑winning standard of all Daylesford Organic products
  • Adhere to the organic standards set out by the Soil Association
