SALARY: £13.21 per hour
HOURS: 45 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 05.00-14.30 / 07.00-16.30, with rotating Saturday shifts during peak periods (September-March).
About The Role

We're recruiting Food Production Operatives to join our family-owned business on the beautiful Daylesford Farm. Working with fresh, organic produce, you'll help create our award-winning products enjoyed by customers across the UK.

This role also includes staff meals during shifts, plus 1 additional day of annual leave for every year of service after 2 years.
Role Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm, executing all Daylesford Organic products to company specification.
- Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision.
- Keep our production areas clean, safe and well organised.
- Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging and order preparation for Retail, Catering and Wholesale.
