About The Role

We’re hiring Food Production Operatives to help craft our award-winning organic products – trusted and loved by customers across the UK. No previous experience required! This role also includes staff meals during shifts, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm
- Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision
- Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
- Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
