About The Role
Are you looking for a rewarding role with weekly pay, great working hours, and a supportive team environment? If you’re passionate about quality food and want to be part of something meaningful, we’d love to hear from you! We’re hiring Food Production Operatives to help craft our award-winning organic products – trusted and loved by customers across the UK. No previous experience required! This role also includes staff meals during shifts, +1 additional day per year of service after 2 years.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle fresh, organic ingredients straight from our farm
- Follow recipes and procedures with care and precision
- Keep our kitchen clean, safe, and well-organised
- Support with stock rotation, labelling, packaging, and order prep for Retail, Catering, and Wholesale
