Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week; working 1 weekend in 5.

About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Assistant with a background in painting and decorating to join our friendly and supportive team of six. This is a varied and hands-on role, providing general maintenance support across the Bamford Collection, including our farm site and pubs.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out painting and decorating work to a high standard
  • Supporting general maintenance tasks across multiple sites
  • Assisting with upkeep and repairs to ensure facilities remain safe and well-presented
  • Travelling between the farm and our pubs when required
  • Working collaboratively as part of a small, dedicated team

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in painting and decorating
  • A practical, hands-on approach to general maintenance tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude
  • Full, clean driving licence preferred, due to travel between sites
