Join our laundry team at Daylesford Organic, part of the Bamford Collection. The laundry team is the beating heart of our operation, supporting our kitchens, spa, and holiday cottages to deliver exceptional quality every day.

Base Pay Range

Salary: £27,457 per year. Hours: 40 hours per week. Shifts: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm or 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm (rota basis).

Responsibilities

  • Support your colleagues with a flexible, proactive, and positive approach.
  • Work confidently as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Deliver outstanding service at all times.
  • Ensure the efficient, timely turnaround of all laundry items.
  • Process laundry for departments across the entire Bamford Collection.
  • Adhere to all operational standards to maintain exceptional quality.
  • Bring our purpose to life by supporting meaningful environmental and social initiatives, helping drive our journey as a B Corp.
  • Inspire our community, partners, and suppliers to live and work more consciously, contributing to a more sustainable world.

Skills You Will Bring

Experience in a similar role is welcome but not essential – we provide full training. Our laundry team is small, and there will be times you work independently, so being self‑motivated, proactive, and a strong team player is key.
