Daylesford Organic – one of the UK’s most iconic organic farming estates and producers, we’re proud to lead the way in sustainable living. We’re looking for a passionate and engaging Duty Manager to join our Notting Hill team in the heart of London.

Base pay range

Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the role

As a Duty Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our retail operations — driving performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and inspiring your team to embody our brand values. You’ll lead with energy, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure that every corner of our store reflects the care and quality Daylesford is known for.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance: maximise sales, manage costs effectively, and ensure stock availability and merchandising excellence.
• Inspire leadership: coach, develop, and motivate your team to reach their full potential.
• Commercial awareness: analyse sales and profit, respond to market trends, and implement action plans.
• Operational excellence: ensure compliance with trading, health & safety, and security standards.
• Communication: cascade key business updates and foster strong team engagement.
• Plan ahead: prepare for key trading events such as seasonal launches and sales.
