We’re a fifth generation, family‑run drinks distributor with over 175 years of history, supplying some of the most exciting pubs, bars, hotels and restaurants across London and the Home Counties. Our portfolio spans over 6000 products, from globally recognised brands to standout craft producers, exclusive wines, spirits and independent makers. Our goal is simple: to be the best On‑Trade Drinks Distributor in the UK.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing delivery, planning and coordinating campaigns that connect our brands, products and customers. From print and editorial through to digital, social and our upcoming e‑commerce platform, you’ll ensure everything we put out is consistent, engaging and commercially effective. Working closely with our sales, commercial and design teams, you’ll help align activity, targeting and promotions, keeping projects organised, moving and delivered to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and coordinating campaigns across print, digital and e‑commerce
- Managing the marketing calendar and keeping everything on track
- Working with leading drinks brands to bring campaigns to life
- Briefing and collaborating with our Graphic Designer
- Supporting how products and campaigns show up across digital platforms
- Ensuring marketing supports sales teams and commercial priorities
- Spotting opportunities to improve how we work and how we show up
What We’re Looking For
- Organised and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball
- Commercially aware and understands that marketing needs to deliver results
- Proactive, comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and presentation
- Confident working with designers and contributing to creative direction
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally with sales and commercial teams
You don’t need to be a designer, but you should care about how things look and feel, spot inconsistencies and take pride in producing high quality work.
Skills & Experience
- 3 - 5 years experience in marketing, ideally within drinks, hospitality or FMCG
- Strong understanding of marketing channels and tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
- Experience in content creation, social media and marketing automation
- Comfortable analysing performance data and turning insights into action
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital customer journeys
