Purpose of the Job

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team to help drive forward our customer proposition dedicated to servicing one of our key EMEA accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a Technical Project Manager or a Lead Business Analyst seeking a strategic focused role within a rapidly growing, global business. The Technical Delivery Manager will work within a dedicated client change team, taking the lead in working directly with the client user groups to configure existing modules with our product owners, and document business requirement documents where development is required. The focus will be the ongoing management of a client hub that incorporates catalogues, libraries and workflows to support a custom program of digital and physical products across UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first line response for all client queries relating to the System
  • To interface with client user groups and product owners to support the client objectives
  • Co-ordination of the efforts of team members and internal teams to deliver projects according to plan
  • Document ways of working and keep user guides up to date
  • Manage client queries and process the amends to the system in line with the agreed service levels
  • To project manage the creation and testing of Chili templates, and to manage any updates to existing templates
  • Manage associated monthly billing linked to the System

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience working directly with clients to demonstrate technology in an efficient and user-friendly way
  • Presentation skills
  • Experience in catalogue and analytics tools requirements gathering
  • Experience with process mapping tools
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and written
  • High level of experience with common Office tools (eg MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Logical and tenacious approach to tasks
  • A focused individual with a high degree of accuracy
  • The ability to work independently while working through specific responsibilities, but also confident in working closely with various teams in the business
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Must have experience of technical project management in a client facing role and is used to presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Must have knowledge of Chili Templating
  • Must be fluent in English language (written and spoken)
