About the opportunity

The Partner Success Manager plays a strategic role in enhancing the competence and self-sufficiency of Dayforce Services Delivery Partners. This role involves direct engagement with System Integrators (SI’s) and in some cases Consulting Partners (CP’s) to ensure their ability to deliver timely and well-delivered implementations, driving measurable metrics such as certification rates, training completion, reduction in invalid support tickets, and increased customer satisfaction.

We are the Trusted Advisors to our Services Delivery Partners in the context of Delivery Practice Development. This team defines, promotes, and delivers programs driving our Services Delivery Partners to grow in competence, self-sufficiency, and size.

What you’ll get to do

  • Partner with leading System Integrators and consulting partners to strengthen their delivery capability, quality, and scalability within the Dayforce ecosystem.
  • Define and execute partner-specific enablement strategies, aligned to growth plans and market priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partner leadership, providing guidance on building high-performing, self-sufficient delivery practices.
  • Use data and insights to identify capability gaps, track progress, and drive measurable improvements across partner performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, training, services, and support teams to enhance partner enablement programmes and resources.

What this looks like in practice

  • Establish and run regular partner cadence meetings to review performance metrics, priorities, and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain tailored enablement plans for each partner, tracking progress against key success measures.
  • Monitor metrics such as certification rates, training completion, customer satisfaction, and support trends, using dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Translate partner and delivery feedback into actionable insights for internal teams to improve tools, content, and processes.
  • Support partners in building their own onboarding, training, and capability development frameworks.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between partner enablement initiatives and go-to-market priorities.
  • Contribute to broader initiatives such as partner maturity models, global enablement trends, and best practice sharing across the partner ecosystem.

Skills and experience we value

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting and delivery with alliance partners or similar HCM consulting roles.
  • Executive presence and ability to lead through influence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and stakeholder management experience and capabilities.
  • Experience with global delivery concepts and challenges.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, and SmartSheets.
  • Dayforce experience is highly desirable but not a requirement.
