Purpose of the Job
This role is an initial 12 month fixed term salaried contract, with a view to a permanent position thereafter. We are seeking a highly organized, creatively driven and results-oriented Creative Producer to join our dynamic “in‑house” team supporting a flagship client in the technology retail sector. Our client’s Platforms + Devices Team brings their hardware devices and software experiences to life, in both physical and online retail environments. They’re a dynamic & focused team, whose mission is to positively influence how people discover, explore, and understand their products. This role is pivotal in managing the end‑to‑end creative production process for a variety of marketing assets across many channels, with a particular focus on digital and performance marketing. This role will ensure that campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimised for maximum impact. Ideally you will possess extensive experience in creative production across digital + print assets, a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and capability managing high volume asset output across many markets within strict timeframes. A strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, creative best practices for digital platforms (especially paid social, display and search) would be beneficial. This role operates on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital + Performance Marketing
- Brief Development and Intake - work closely with Performance Marketing teams to translate strategic campaign objectives and performance insights into clear, actionable, and inspiring creative briefs for the internal creative team
- Creative Testing Expertise - implement and manage a creative testing roadmap in collaboration with Performance Marketing, focusing on iterative testing and optimisation of high‑performing elements (hooks, calls‑to‑action, formats, messaging)
- Asset Management - oversee the organisation, tagging, and distribution of final creative assets, ensuring correct specs and versioning for A/B testing and platform‑specific requirements
- Performance Insight Translation - monitor campaign performance data (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and translate these quantitative insights into specific, actionable feedback and direction for the creative team to inform future asset creation
- Best Practice Adherence - stay current with the latest platform ad specifications, creative trends, and algorithm updates across major digital media channels (eg Meta, TikTok, Google), ensuring all creative output adheres to best practices for maximising performance
- Format Innovation - Drive the exploration and testing of new ad formats (eg vertical video, interactive ads, dynamic creative optimisation) to maintain campaign freshness and competitive advantage
- Creative Production + Project Management
- Lead the production lifecycle - brief intake, production planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex creative projects simultaneously
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against these benchmarks
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to project success
- Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, ensuring optimal utilisation and performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring all projects remain within allocated funds
- Manage financial reconciliation for all projects
- Collaborate closely with creative team members to translate conceptual ideas into actionable production plans
- Ensure creative vision is maintained throughout the production process while adhering to practical constraints and objectives
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Supervise production and post‑production processes, ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Facilitate effective communication and problem‑solving among team members
Knowledge Skills + Experience
- A bachelor’s level degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Substantial experience in creative production, project management, or operations, specifically within a digital marketing, performance marketing, or agency environment
- Demonstrable track record of managing the production of high‑volume digital advertising assets (static, video, and rich media)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CVR) and the relationship between creative and campaign effectiveness
- Expert proficiency with project management tools (eg Smartsheets) and digital asset management (DAM) systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex production needs and creative feedback clearly and persuasively
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Proven expertise in QC and brand compliance
- Experience in integrating automation tools into the creative process
- Proficiency in analysis and reporting on output and cost efficiency
- Familiarity with creative software (eg Adobe Creative Suite) and Google Workspace
