- Act as the central point of contact for content-related queries, ensuring clarity on ownership, version control and usage guidelines.
- Enhance the sophistication of content management and deployment by building developing a library of materials that is agile and diverse, for example covering factors such as customer buying journey stage and industry-specific nuances.
- Support the development and enforcement of content standards by reviewing, editing and refining materials to ensure they are relevant, compelling, and consistently concise.
- Maintain and continuously improve our content management system, ensuring content is well-organised, tagged, and easily discoverable.
- Develop and deliver internal communication and training to promote new or updated content, ensuring commercial teams are aware of and confident in using available materials.
- Collaborate with the wider growth team to create a scalable sales content ecosystem. Use collaboration and community to harness and curate content from marketing campaign activity, sales plays, insights and trends and go-to-market initiatives.
- Support the development of content performance metrics and insights to inform future content strategy and prioritization.
- Work closely with the Growth, Marketing, Solutions and Client Engagement teams to ensure content meets the needs of frontline teams and supports strategic growth objectives.
- Champion a culture of content excellence, providing guidance and training to internal teams on content standards, tools, and best practices.
- Lead content-related initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
