Purpose of the Job

Permanent Point of Sale is among the fastest growing areas of our business and HH Global continues to invest into further expanding it. Our ambition is to be the leader in global service to deliver best in class concepts, quality and pricing in this space to our clients. A key element required to successfully deliver this touchpoint category is a global supply chain built with businesses with the right capabilities and performance levels that enable HH Global to deliver its global service. HH Global wishes to appoint a Global Category Director for its Permanent Point of Sale supply chain. The Permanent Point of Sale category includes a range of goods and services:

  • Permanent Point of Sale Display Units
  • Store Fixtures + Furniture
  • Special Execution Props
  • Experiential Third Party (Physical Permanent Materials)

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our global client engagement teams to identify and qualify our existing and future client requirements in the Permanent Point of Sale category.
  • Build a strategic vision for the ongoing development of this supply chain given future client requirements.
  • Deliver the change management required to execute this newly developed strategic vision.
  • Build a best-in-class global supply chain that delivers value across best price, best quality, best service, innovation and sustainability for HH Global’s client engagement teams and clients.
  • Directly support the client engagement teams across a range of issues in front of the client including business development, concept and solution development, quality management, supply chain and escalations.
  • Manage a global category team of c10 experts located around the world to deliver your strategic supply chain vision.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Substantial experience within this category at a Senior Manager level.
  • Deep and extensive knowledge of Permanent Point of Sale products and the supporting supply chain.
  • Inspiring leader able to communicate the strategic vision for the category to all stakeholders and successfully manage its implementation.
  • Ability to hold C-level relationships with key suppliers.
  • Excellent P+L management skills and ability to manage financial risks and opportunities.
  • Robust negotiator able to secure the best commercial positions for HH Global and its clients.
  • Strong experience of direct sourcing from China and wider APAC region for Permanent POS products.
