Purpose of the Role

The Rewards Analyst supports the execution and administration of regional compensation, benefits and rewards programs, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities while delivering accurate analysis and reporting. Working closely with the EMEA Regional Total Rewards Lead, the role aligns regional practices with the organization’s global Total Rewards strategy. You will play an important part in supporting the design, implementation and administration of competitive and comprehensive Total Rewards programs, with a focus on job architecture support, market benchmarking, pay range analysis and leadership-level reporting. Through high-quality data analysis and insight generation, the Rewards Analyst supports informed decision-making and consistent, compliant rewards practices across EMEA and globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compensation, Job Architecture & Benchmarking
    • Contribute to EU Transparency readiness, supporting job architecture standardization, benchmarking, pay range analysis, including role mapping, pay structure review and identification of potential pay equity and compliance risk.
    • Support the maintenance and application of job architecture frameworks, including job families, career levels, and role alignment across EMEA.
    • Apply job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE or equivalent) under guidance to support role levelling and internal equity.
    • Conduct compensation benchmarking using external salary surveys and market data sources (e.g. Mercer, WTW, Aon and other reputable providers), ensuring accurate role matching and appropriate market positioning.
    • Support the analysis and maintenance of salary ranges, including minimums, midpoints, and maximums, in line with market data and internal frameworks.
    • Partner with HRBP, Finance and Legal, to support rewards analysis, compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Benefits & Rewards Administration
    • Execute the administration of regional benefits programs, including health and life insurance, retirement plans (where applicable), and wellness initiatives, ensuring alignment with local regulations and established rewards frameworks.
    • Manage and resolve rewards-related employee inquiries, escalating complex cases as appropriate.
  • Data, Reporting & Analysis
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc Total Rewards reports (e.g. market positioning, pay range analysis, benefits participation) to support management and leadership decision-making.
    • Analyze rewards data to identify trends, inconsistencies and data quality issues.
    • Maintain high data integrity across HRIS and rewards systems, validating inputs and supporting audits as required.
  • Compliance & Program Support
    • Support monitoring of EMEA labor laws, tax regulations and benefits-related compliance requirements.
    • Assist with pay equity analysis, governance activities and documentation.
    • Support the implementation and communication of rewards initiatives.
    • Contribute to global Total Rewards projects and reporting under direction.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

  • Experience in a Rewards Analyst, Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field (or comparable professional experience).
  • Strong experience supporting compensation benchmarking, salary surveys and pay range analysis.
  • Exposure to job architecture and job evaluation methodologies.
  • Experience working with Mercer methodology (IPE / TRS) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting EMEA Total Rewards programs, with involvement in global Total Rewards design, reporting or governance activities.
  • Solid understanding of regional labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits-related compliance requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge in daily operations.
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and support evidence-based decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across HR, Finance, Legal and business teams.
  • Strong focus on delivering high-quality service, resolving employee and stakeholder queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
