About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth by managing inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, and contributing to pipeline generation. Your primary focus will be monitoring and responding to inbound leads, initiating contact with prospective customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into qualified opportunities for the sales organization.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Monitor and manage inbound leads from multiple sources including website inquiries, marketing campaigns, events, and phone calls.
- Respond to inbound leads promptly and in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Gather initial prospect information and assess fit for qualification.
- Schedule high-quality, BANT-qualified meetings (SQLs) for Account Executives.
- Support lead nurturing activities to increase conversion rates and sales pipeline growth.
- Research and gather relevant information about leads and target accounts to improve data quality.
- Update and maintain accurate contact, company, and opportunity information within Salesforce.
- Utilize online research tools and resources to gather insights on target organizations and key decision-makers.
- Support account intelligence efforts that improve sales engagement effectiveness.
CRM Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, outreach activities, and qualification progress within Salesforce.
- Ensure timely updates of account activity, notes, and customer interactions.
- Review and cleanse CRM data to maintain database accuracy and integrity.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Provide visibility into lead management activities and sales development performance.
Skills and Experience We Value
- 1–2 years of related experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Previous phone-based sales, appointment setting, or prospecting experience.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
