About Daydot
Daydot is a fast-growing conversion rate optimisation and UX design agency, helping brands unlock growth through research-driven experimentation. We are part of Future Group, an independent agency group providing go to market capabilities for brands. We specialise in customer research, UX consultancy, and end-to-end A/B testing—helping businesses improve conversions, enhance user experiences, and drive measurable impact. We’ve delivered experimentation programs for the likes of Vox Media, The Wall Street Journal, RSPB, and the British Red Cross, helping them optimise their digital experiences and maximise performance. We’ve grown significantly over the last few years and are investing in the next stage of our journey—building a world-class experimentation offering that helps our clients test everywhere.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Optimisation Executive to drive impactful experimentation programs for our clients. You’ll take ownership of 2-3 client accounts, leading their testing strategy and ensuring optimisation efforts deliver real, measurable impact. While you’ll be supported by the Director of Optimisation, you’ll be expected to independently lead the experimentation strategy for your accounts—identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps, and working closely with design, development, & QA teams to execute and analyse A/B tests. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, data-driven, and excited about using experimentation to solve real business challenges.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the optimisation strategy for 2-3 client accounts, ensuring their experimentation programs drive meaningful impact.
- Using analytics, user research, and behavioural insights to uncover conversion blockers and optimisation opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining test roadmaps, running ideation workshops, and aligning strategies with client goals.
- Writing and presenting experiment strategies, collaborating with our design and development teams to bring them to life.
- Analysing and interpreting experiment results to generate actionable insights and further optimisation ideas.
- Monitoring test performance and iterating on learnings to drive continuous improvement.
- Managing client communication, presenting findings, and guiding their optimisation strategy with confidence.
- Working closely with the Director of Optimisation for guidance and support, but taking the lead in shaping and delivering client strategies.
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in conversion optimisation, UX, performance marketing, or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical mindset—able to spot opportunities through data and user behaviour insights.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Convert, WebTrends Optimize).
- Knowledge of consumer psychology and UX principles.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Agency experience is a plus.
Why Join Daydot?
At Daydot, we don’t guess—we test. We’re helping businesses move beyond assumptions into data-driven decision-making, ensuring every change they make has real, measurable impact. We’re growing fast and investing in the next stage of our expansion—building a best-in-class experimentation offering. This is an opportunity to join at a pivotal moment, work on high-profile projects, and help shape the future of digital optimisation for some of the world’s most recognised brands. We also believe in working smarter, not longer. That’s why we offer a 4-day working week with no loss of pay—giving you more time to focus, recharge, and do your best work. Plus, we’re a fully remote team, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever suits you best. If you’re ready to help our clients stop guessing and start testing, we’d love to hear from you.
What you will get
- 4 day working week.
- Flexible “work from anywhere” policy, with “in office” days as mutually agreed among the team.
- 20 days annual leave per year.
- Company pension scheme.
- Rewards and benefits platform.
- Amazing team of intelligent and caring people to work with - fun and challenging.
