Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator for a full-time, on-site position located in Gateshead. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads through research and outreach, and maintaining a database of prospects. Additional responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling appointments for the sales team, and fostering relationships with prospective clients to build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in lead generation techniques, research, and data collection
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM tools and maintaining client databases
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Prior experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the energy industry or sustainability practices is a plus
