Day Webster are currently recruiting for an experienced Locum Community CAMHS Consultant Psychiatrist to support the MAS service in Tunbridge Wells (Kent and Medway Mental Health NHS Trust).
Essential:
- Excellent knowledge in specialty
- Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty
- Makes decisions based on evidence and experience including the contribution of others
- Able to meet duties under MHA and MCA
- Mastery in the management of a broad range of mental disorders in children, including neurodevelopment disorders
- Experience in managing patients from different cultural backgrounds, working with interpreters and translators
Role requirements:
- AC and Sec 12 essential
- GMC registration
