Rate of pay: £50- £53 Gross per hour

Day Webster are currently recruiting a Band 8a – Sonographers with obs experience for a hospital based in Cambridgeshire. Our client is looking for the ideal candidate to start ASAP, ongoing. The shift pattern would be full time hours, although the service would consider other suitable work patterns for the right candidate.

  • Role requirements:
  • Abdominal & gynaecological modules
  • Valid UK professional registration (e.g., HCPC or relevant body)
  • Proven ability to scan and report independently across a wide range of ultrasound exams
  • Experience teaching or mentoring trainee sonographers/radiologists
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in DVT and MSK scanning
  • Evidence of CPD and audit participation
  • Previous NHS experience
